The way ahead for robotics – Seizing opportunities, minimizing risks

hat are the opportunities and challenges for robotics in the upcoming years? How will the industry look like in 2025? How will new markets, new players and competitors influence our business? How can we exploit disruptions for our future success?

EUnited Robotics is organizing the first European Robotics Summit to bring together the leading players of the European robotics industry to discuss these issues and jointly work on topics that matter for the future of the industry.

The one and a half day event will take place March 3-4, 2015, at the Eberbach Monastery in Eltville near Frankfurt.

Eberbach Monastery – a historical abbey founded in 1136 by Cistercian monks and the location of the world-famous movie ”Name of the Rose” – is the perfect place to go into retreat and find the peace to develop strategies for future success.

Topics and questions we will address:

  • How will Google and Foxconn influence our future business?
  • Electronics industry on its way to becoming the no. 1 robotics user: what do we need to make it happen?
  • The Big Data disruption – how will the roles change?
  • Blurring lines between industrial and service robotics – new concepts are changing the world of robotics
  • Just good enough robots
  • Human-robot collaboration
  • China – new market and competitor

Come and discuss with the leading players of the European robotics industry, participate in workshops and enjoy active networking.

Target audience are managing directors, CEOs and high-level executives of robot manufacturers, integrators and key-component manufacturers from both industrial robotics and professional service robotics.

The event is by invitation only – if you are interested in participating, please contact robotics@eu-nited.net
