To ensure adherence to laws, EUnited association representatives, company members and other parties are informed about competition law regarding the exchange of information, for example acceptable versus unacceptable exchanges of data such as prices and certain strategies. 

EUnited is also registered in the EU transparency register which engages staff to a code of conduct in relations with the EU institutions and their Members, officials and other staff.
